 Hi, I’m Kimberley,

A proud Dja Dja Wurrung and Yorta Yorta woman, living and working on the unceded lands of the Wurundjeri (Woi Wurrung) people.  I am a highly experienced Clinical Social Worker, Therapist, Consultant, and First Nations Leader with over 15 years of experience.

I began my career working directly with Aboriginal children, young people, and families, delivering therapeutic counselling to those impacted by complex trauma, family violence, abuse, grief, and loss. This foundational work has shaped my deep commitment to the delivery of culturally appropriate, trauma-informed services.

After 10 years of direct service, I moved into executive management positions at both statewide and national levels. This shift allowed me to influence systems change and drive positive outcomes on a larger scale. In recent years, I’ve expanded my practice further by establishing my own private practice, located on Wurundjeri country in the foothills of the Dandenong Ranges.

I offer a diverse range of services, including Cultural & Clinical Supervision, Group Reflective Practice and Trauma-Informed Consulting services, all designed to foster professional growth.

 Consultation:
As an experienced leader, I provide high quality (trauma-informed) consultation for individuals, leaders, teams, agencies including professionals working in child protection, family violence, mental health/clinical settings, Aboriginal community-controlled organisations (ACCOs), Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations (ACCHOs),Community service organisations (CSOs) & Government agencies.

External Supervision:
As an experienced First Nation Social worker & Therapist, I provide cultural and clinical supervision through a strength based, trauma-informed and anti-oppressive lens.

I develop a collaborative and safe relationship with you, built on trust and cultural safety and I draw from Aboriginal worldviews and cultural values as a support structure in sessions; for both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal practitioners.

We respectfully acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land in which this office is located, the land of the Wurundjeri (Woi Wurrung) people of the Kulin Nation and we pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.
